An early decision to generalize in my career has given me
the opportunity to learn and experience a wide variety of work opportunities.
While this has meant I may not have become a specialist in some areas,
it has provided me with the background, ability, and maturity to
quickly adapt to -- and function well in -- new environments. I learn
new tools and software easily, and welcome challenges and problem-solving.
Pressure to create and innovate -- and deliver on time -- brings
out the best in me. I'm motivated and can work well with or without
supervision; as part of a team, or as leader of a team. I look forward
to sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm in new projects.
