when applying for this account and you agree to keep that information up
to date as required (ie: change of address/phone number).
- When you publish a Web page or distribute messages via e-mail,
newsgroups, chat groups, or other means, you remain the publisher of all of
that material and CSP Internet provides only a transmission function. You

by parties that you offend via defamation, excessive unsolicited e-mail,
news articles or other of your activities.
- The use of your account is your responsibility regardless of who uses
your account. If you allow others to use your account, you are fully
responsible for their actions.
- You may only be logged on to your account once in any given time
period. Multiple simultaneous logins are strictly prohibited; this rule is
strictly enforced.

cause. In all cases CSP Internet has the final say as to what constitutes

Current Billing Policies
- You understand that your CoastNet account is pre-paid. As such, you
must have a credit with CSP Internet before you will be renewed for an
additional subscription. Failure to have appropriate funds on account with
CSP Internet will result in the termination of your service. There are no
exceptions to this policy.
- You understand that you will be notified only by e-mail of your account
expiry approaching. This notice is a courtesy to you and will generally
arrive 7 days before your account is due to expire or when you have
reached 70% of hours allotted as part of your plan. It is your
responsibility to read any informational e-mail messages that may be sent
to you from CSP Internet.
- If you wish to have your credit card automatically charged to ensure
you have a credit with us, you understand that we will be doing this up to
3 days in advance of your account renewal date. If you wish to cancel your
subscription, you must provide at least 5 business days written notice
(email, fax or post) to properly process your request. Failure on your
part to give adequate notice will normally result in your account being
renewed.
- We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, debit cards, on-line bank
payment, cheques, and cash for payment. If your cheque is returned to us
from our bank (NSF or otherwise) we will charge you a handling fee and we
may disallow the use of cheques as valid payment for your account. Credit
card fraud is a serious offence. If you feel the need to pass us a
fraudulent card, be aware that we and the issuing bank will prosecute to
the fullest extent of the law.
- There are no refunds for CoastNet service.
- If your account is terminated due to lack of credit with us, your
e-mail will be kept active for a maximum of 10 days. Failure to renew your
account subscription within 10 days of termination may result in the
complete deletion of your account and all related information from our
systems.
- You understand and accept these terms and conditions and agree to pay
for these services according to the billing policies currently in effect
or as may be in effect from time to time. CSP Internet reserves the right
to change these terms and conditions without notice. Continued use of your
account constitutes acceptance of these changes. Updates to the terms and
conditions can be found on the CoastNet web site at the following URL:
www.coastnet.com/terms.html.
CSP Internet reserves the right to terminate your account should you
breach any of the general terms and conditions outlined in this document.
