When the children and people were boiled alive on the lower level, their skin peeled off their bodies and when the water was drained their skin stuck to the walls. It is possible to make out the outlines of the children and to see their hair. Above the waterline in some areas of this level it is possible to see the handprints of those who struggled to get above the boiling water.
