Sign-a-Friend Promotion
If you have an account with CoastNet and you get someone to sign up with us,
we'll credit $5.00 to your account. All you need to do have them fill out a
coupon when they sign up at our office that tells us what their username
is going to be and what your username is. We'll then apply the credit to
your account. It's as easy as that!
Account Information
If you have a change of address, phone number, credit card number or you wish
to change your password on-line, then go to our Account Information Change Form. Temporarily Offline
Check Your Account Usage
To check the time you have used with your account, go to our CoastNet
Timecheck Utility (Temporarily
Offline), where you can find a listing of your calls along with
average and total calls for this and last month.
Payments, Billing and Policies
All our plans work on the same principle: You get either one month or
your account's included hours, which ever comes first. This means that if you sign up on the
15th, your account is due on the next 15th, unless you use up all your
time. In that case, if you ran out of time on the 10th, then you would
pay for another month and your next due date would be the 10th of the following month.
All CoastNet accounts are paid in advance, with billing sent by email
5 days before the due date.
You can pay for your account by cash, cheque, post-dated cheque, VISA,
or Mastercard.
All CoastNet accounts are subject to our Billing and Usage Policies.
We also offer pre-payment discounts if you wish to pay for your account in
advance. They are 5% for 3 months, 10% for 6 months and 20% for 12 months.
